Frequently asked questions
Where do the departure times come from?
From the open real-time data of Wiener Linien. Without Premium, Wien Live shows the times from the timetable.
Why does the app ask for my location?
Only so a board can appear at a place. With Always, Wien Live switches between your boards even while the iPhone is locked, as soon as you enter or leave an area you chose.
Does it work with trams and buses?
Yes. You choose line, stop and direction, whether U-Bahn, tram or bus.
What happens after the free week?Premium

How do I cancel my subscription?Premium
On your iPhone under Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Wien Live. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription automatically.
Never run for the U-Bahn again.
For iPhone and Apple Watch. Your first week of real time is on us.
